Our Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all products and all orders placed on our website. It is designed to protect both our customers and our business, while making your buying experience as smooth and transparent as possible.
We proudly offer free shipping on all poker table purchases within the continental United States (the lower 48 states).
Due to the size, weight, and freight requirements of our products, free shipping is intended for table orders. Accessories and standalone items, including table tops, chairs, poker chips, and other game room accessories, do not qualify for free shipping when purchased on their own.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Shipping & Receiving Guidelines
All poker and game tables are shipped via fully insured freight delivery and arrive on pallets. Once your order is ready to ship, the freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Please note:
- Freight deliveries are curbside only unless white glove or inside delivery is arranged before shipment
- Most carriers require a four-hour delivery window
- Adding inside delivery at the time of delivery may result in an additional invoice
Estimated Shipping Times
If your item is in stock, it typically ships within 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Shipping timelines may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, or supplier warehouse delays. If this occurs, we will contact you before proceeding with the order.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional production time.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently ship within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) only.
We do not ship to:
- PO Boxes
- Freight forwarders
- Military addresses
- Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
Once an order has shipped, delivery address changes are not permitted.
Freight Delivery Responsibilities
All freight shipments are delivered curbside. The driver is not responsible for moving items into your home or assembling products.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Be available for delivery
- Transfer the shipment from the curb to the desired location
- Inspect all packaging at delivery
An adult 18 years or older must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.
