Financing Options with Shop Pay Installments
We’re pleased to offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout, giving U.S. customers flexible financing options for qualifying purchases, including our luxury poker tables and premium game room furnishings.
Shop Pay Installments allows eligible customers to split their purchase into manageable payments while receiving their order right away.
Customer Eligibility United States Only
To use Shop Pay Installments, customers must have a billing address in the United States, be signed up for Shop Pay, and meet eligibility requirements determined by Affirm, Shop Pay’s financing partner.
Eligible order amounts range from $35 to $30,000 USD. Eligibility and available plans are determined at checkout.
Available Payment Options
Available installment plans depend on your order total and eligibility.
Interest Free Options
Customers may qualify for two biweekly interest free payments for orders between $35 and $50.
Customers may qualify for four biweekly interest free payments for orders between $50 and $999.99.
Monthly Financing
Monthly financing is available for orders between $150 and $30,000.
Monthly plans may be offered for 3, 6, 12, 18, or 24 months.
Monthly plans may include interest ranging from 0 percent to 36 percent APR depending on eligibility.
Terms are subject to applicable federal and state regulations.
Orders Over $20,000
For orders exceeding $20,000 USD, a down payment is required at checkout.
The remaining balance is split into equal interest bearing monthly payments.
Example
A $25,000 order requires a $5,000 down payment, with the remaining $20,000 financed over monthly installments.
How Shop Pay Installments Works
The customer adds items to their cart.
The customer proceeds to checkout and selects Shop Pay.
The customer chooses to pay in installments.
The customer reviews the available payment plans.
The customer completes checkout and makes the first payment.
Remaining payments are automatically charged according to the selected schedule.
Customers receive email reminders before each scheduled payment.
Order Processing and Payment
We receive full payment upfront for your order, excluding the Shop Pay Installments transaction fee.
This allows orders to be processed and fulfilled without delay.
Returns and Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Any interest paid is not refundable.
Shop Pay Installments transaction fees are not refunded to the merchant.
Store credit or gift card refunds do not affect the customer’s payment schedule or balance with Affirm.
For this reason, refunds are best processed back to the original payment method whenever possible.
