Price Match Guarantee
We work hard to offer competitive pricing on all of our products and want you to shop with confidence.
If you find the same product at a lower price from another authorized online retailer within 30 days of your purchase, please let us know and we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
If the price of the same item you purchased is reduced on our own website within 30 days, we will also honor the difference.
At this time, products from RAM Game Room and BBO Poker Tables are excluded from our Price Match Guarantee.
How to Request a Price Match
To request a price adjustment, please email us within 30 days of your order date and include:
- Your order number
- A link to the identical product on our website or a competitor’s website
Once verified, we will process the price adjustment accordingly.
Price Match Conditions
Our Price Match Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- The item must have been purchased directly from our website
- The competing item must be identical, including brand, model, and specifications
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website at the time of review
- The competitor must be an authorized online retailer
- Products from RAM Game Room and BBO Poker Tables are excluded
- Auction sites, marketplaces, and discounters are excluded (including eBay, Overstock, and similar platforms)
- Price match requests must be submitted before any promotional offers or coupon codes are applied
- Promotional offers such as coupon codes, rebates, bundle deals, or buy-one-get-one offers are not eligible
- The price match applies to the item price and shipping cost only and does not include sales tax
