Shipping & Returns

Our Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all products and all orders placed on our website. It is designed to protect both our customers and our business while ensuring a smooth and transparent buying experience.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Shipping & Returns Policy, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order and that your payment method has been authorized.

Please note that an order confirmation does not indicate that your order has shipped. Charges are finalized once your order enters processing or ships. If an item is on backorder or temporarily unavailable, we will contact you with updated availability and next steps.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review the order confirmation email carefully and ensure that all details including products, quantities, sizes, finishes, colors, and customization options are correct.

Before placing an order, please confirm that the item or items will fit in the intended space and can pass through doorways, hallways, elevators, and staircases in its packaging. Returns resulting from sizing or access issues are the customer’s responsibility for eligible returnable items only.

Shipping Information

If an item you ordered is in stock and ready to ship, it will typically ship within three to five business days from the date the order is placed. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping lead times may be longer during holiday periods, peak demand, or supplier warehouse backlogs. If delays occur, we will notify you via email with updated information before proceeding when applicable.

Estimated delivery times vary by product and can be found on each individual product page. Estimated delivery times are not a guarantee and are subject to change. Items that are made to order or custom built may require additional production time before shipping.

We currently ship within the United States to the contiguous forty eight states only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, freight forwarders, military addresses, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Once an order has shipped, delivery addresses cannot be changed. Any returns resulting from an address change request after shipment will be treated as a standard return and may be subject to applicable return fees for eligible returnable products.

Some products ship via fully insured freight shipping rather than standard ground shipping. All ground and freight shipments are delivered via curbside delivery by default. Curbside delivery means the carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb or driveway and will not bring the item inside.

In some cases, lift gate service may not be available or the product may be too large for lift gate use. The carrier has the right to refuse lift gate service if it is deemed unsafe. In such cases, the customer is responsible for assisting with unloading the shipment from the truck.

Upon delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to move the package from the delivery location into their home or business and to complete any required assembly.

Track Your Order

Once your order leaves the warehouse, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. This email is typically sent within twenty four hours of shipment.

If you do not receive tracking information within the estimated shipping timeframe shown on the product page, please search your email for the order number included in your order confirmation email. Tracking emails may occasionally be filtered into spam, junk, or other email folders.

The shipping confirmation email will include the carrier name, a tracking number, and a link to the carrier’s website. Freight shipments may show limited tracking updates until the carrier schedules delivery.

If you are unable to track your shipment through the carrier’s website, you may contact the carrier directly using the phone number listed on their website and provide your tracking number for the most current delivery information.

If you still cannot locate your tracking information, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

Deliveries

We make every effort to ensure timely processing and delivery of all orders. Orders shipped via freight carriers require a scheduled delivery appointment.

Once your shipment arrives at the local freight terminal, the carrier will contact the phone number provided at checkout to schedule a delivery appointment. It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate with the carrier and confirm a delivery date and time based on the carrier’s available scheduling windows.

We strongly recommend monitoring your shipment and being proactive in coordinating delivery with the freight carrier to avoid delays.

Delivery appointment dates and times are estimates only and may be subject to change by the carrier due to routing, weather conditions, operational delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Freight delays or temporary shipment issues may occur and do not qualify for order cancellation.

By placing an order, you agree to allow the freight carrier reasonable time to resolve delivery issues and complete delivery when possible. Requests to cancel an order due to freight delays or shipment issues without allowing the carrier time to complete delivery will be treated as a standard cancellation and may be subject to shipping costs and applicable restocking fees for eligible returnable items.

An adult aged eighteen or older must be present at the time of delivery to receive the shipment and sign the Bill of Lading.

Damages

If damage is discovered during delivery, it must be addressed immediately according to the receiving instructions provided.

Any visible damage must be reported to the delivery driver and clearly noted in writing on the Bill of Lading and delivery paperwork before signing. Clear photos or video must be taken of all packaging, the damaged area, and the Bill of Lading. This documentation should be emailed to us as soon as possible.

Do not accept a damaged box. Any box showing visible damage should be refused and sent back with the carrier. Boxes that are not damaged should be accepted and retained.

All damage must be reported within five calendar days of delivery. Damage reports submitted outside of this timeframe may be refused due to carrier insurance requirements.

If the damage is cosmetic only, we reserve the right to repair the product or replace the affected part so the item meets new condition standards. This may include replacement parts or professional repair assistance.

If an insurance claim is filed with the carrier or manufacturer, we may proceed with repair, replacement, or refund processing without waiting for the carrier’s final claim decision, which can take additional time.

When an insurance claim is initiated, the damaged item and all original packaging must be retained until the claim is fully resolved. Failure to retain the damaged product and packaging may prevent the claim from being completed and may result in denial of replacement or refund eligibility.

These procedures are required by shipping carriers and manufacturers when processing damage claims and must be followed to ensure a successful resolution.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. Because many of our products are large, heavy, or made to order, returns and refunds are handled on a case by case basis and may require manufacturer approval.

If an item is eligible for return, it must be unused, unassembled, and in original condition with all original packaging intact. Please contact us before returning any item so we can review the request and provide next steps. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

All shipping charges associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees are non refundable.

Approved returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to be free of damage. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the manufacturer and carrier, and we will keep you informed throughout the process.

A restocking fee of fifteen percent applies to all approved returns. This fee reflects handling, inspection, and restocking costs.

Custom and made to order items, including poker and game tables with custom armrest materials or custom layouts, are non refundable. These items are produced specifically for each order and cannot be returned once production has begun.

Shipping related damage is handled separately under our Freight Receiving and Damages policies. Following the required receiving and reporting procedures ensures we can assist you as quickly and smoothly as possible if an issue arises.

Cancellations

Many of our products are made to order or begin processing shortly after an order is placed. Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible and are not guaranteed once production or fulfillment has begun.

For custom poker and game tables that include custom armrest materials, layouts, or finishes, orders may be canceled without a fee within twenty four business hours of placement. After this period, a cancellation fee of fifteen percent of the total order value may apply as materials and production preparation begin.

For pre order items that are clearly marked on the product page, orders may be canceled without a fee within seventy two business hours of placement. After this time, a fifteen percent cancellation fee may apply.

Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, change requests or cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to thirty percent of the total order value. These fees reflect production costs and materials already in progress.

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us promptly and include your order number, contact information, and the name of the product or products included in your order. We will review your request and do our best to assist.

If a cancellation is approved before processing or shipment begins, you will receive a cancellation confirmation email. If payment has not yet been finalized, the authorization will be voided. If payment has already been processed, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method, and applicable processing fees may be deducted.

If an order has already entered processing or shipped and cannot be canceled, you may have the option to refuse delivery or request a return after delivery for eligible returnable items only. In these cases, return shipping costs, restocking fees, and applicable processing fees may apply.

Refunds are issued after any returned items are received and inspected by the manufacturer or warehouse. We will keep you informed throughout the process and are always happy to answer questions.

Color Disclaimer

We make every effort to display product images and colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on individual screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and browser variations. Because of these factors, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your screen will exactly match the color of the actual product.

While we strive to provide accurate representations, online images should be considered a visual reference only and may not fully capture the true color, finish, or material appearance of the product.

If color accuracy is important to your decision, we strongly recommend requesting a physical sample before placing your order, when samples are available. We are happy to assist with sample requests whenever possible.

Returns or refunds cannot be accepted based on color variations alone. Natural variations in materials, finishes, and screen displays are normal and are not considered defects.

How to Receive a Freight Shipment - Very Important

All orders placed on our website are subject to our shipping and receiving guidelines. These guidelines are provided on this page and may also be sent to you after your order has shipped.

Please read this section carefully. Failure to follow the receiving instructions outlined below may result in loss of coverage under the carrier’s shipping insurance. In such cases, we may be unable to file a damage claim or provide replacement parts for shipping related damage.

If your product is damaged during transit and the receiving instructions are followed correctly, we will work with the manufacturer and carrier to resolve the issue, which may include replacement parts or other appropriate solutions.

When your shipment arrives, confirm that all boxes listed on the delivery paperwork are present. Compare the number of boxes received to the Bill of Lading provided by the carrier. Any missing boxes must be reported to the driver and clearly noted on the Bill of Lading before signing.

Inspect all packaging carefully for visible damage before signing. If a box appears crushed, punctured, torn, or otherwise compromised, it must be opened and inspected prior to signing. Any damage must be reported to the driver and clearly noted on the Bill of Lading at the time of delivery.

Signing the Bill of Lading without noting damage confirms receipt in good condition. Once signed without notation, shipping damage discovered later may not be eligible for a claim, and replacement parts or repairs may become the customer’s responsibility.

Manufacturer defects are separate from shipping damage and are covered under the applicable product warranty. Shipping damage that is not documented at the time of delivery is not considered a manufacturer defect.

Our company is not responsible for concealed shipping damage resulting from failure to inspect the shipment during delivery. Following these receiving instructions carefully ensures the smoothest possible resolution in the event of an issue.
